Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is a pump product that is connected to the motor and works underwater at the same time. Compared with general horizontal pumps or vertical sewage pumps, sanitary centrifugal pumps have a compact structure and small footprint. It is easy to install and maintain. Large sanitary centrifugal pumps are generally equipped with automatic coupling devices for automatic installation, which is quite convenient for installation and maintenance. It has a long continuous operation time. Since the pump and motor are coaxial, the shaft is short, and the rotating parts are light, the load (radial) on the bearing is relatively small, and the life span is much longer than that of ordinary pumps. There are no problems such as cavitation damage and water diversion. In particular, the latter point brings great convenience to the operator. The vibration and noise are small, the motor temperature rise is low, and there is no pollution to the environment.

1. Before the operation of various sanitary centrifugal pump mechanical seal equipment, carefully check whether the number of mechanical seal parts meets the needs, whether the components are damaged, especially whether the dynamic and static rings have defects such as bumps, cracks, and deformation. If there is any doubt, it is necessary to modify or replace new parts.
2. Check whether the chamfer of the sleeve or gland is appropriate. If it is not, it must be repaired.
3. Before the operation of the mechanical seal equipment of the sanitary centrifugal pump, it is necessary to clean the mechanical seal components and their related equipment contact surfaces. Cleanliness should be maintained during the equipment process, especially the surfaces of the dynamic and static rings and their auxiliary sealing components should be free of impurities and dust. Apply a layer of clean mechanical oil or turbine oil on the surface of the dynamic and static rings.
4. To prevent the end face of the gland from being skewed, after the coupling is rectified, the bolts should be even when tightening the gland for the pump mechanical seal. Use a feeler gauge to check each point, and the error should not exceed 0.05mm.
5. Use a feeler gauge to check the clearance (i.e. concentricity) between the gland and the outer diameter of the shaft or sleeve. The proximity should be even, and the allowable error of each point should not exceed 0.10mm.
6. The spring compression should comply with the regulations. It is not allowed to be too large or too small. The allowable error is ±2,00mm. When the compression is too large, the end face pressure increases and accelerates the end face wear; when it is too small, the pressure is insufficient and the sealing effect cannot be achieved. After the spring is installed, it should move flexibly in the spring seat. When installing a single spring, pay attention to the rotation direction of the spring, and its rotation direction should be opposite to the rotation direction of the shaft.
7. When installing the moving ring, it should be ensured that it can move flexibly, and the moving ring should be able to automatically bounce back after pressing against the spring.
8. When installing the static ring, first put the sealing ring on the back of the static ring and then install the mechanical seal in the sealing end cover. The verticality of the static ring end face and the center line of the end cover should meet the technical requirements. The anti-rotation groove on the back of the static ring should be aligned with the anti-rotation pin, but they cannot touch each other. During the equipment process, do not damage the static ring end face.
9. During the equipment process, it is never allowed to hit the sealing element with anything to prevent damage to the sealing element.
