Sanitary rotary vane pump fault 1:

Cause analysis 1) No water or intermittent water, less water.

Solution ① The motor does not start, eliminate the circuit fault;

② The pipeline is blocked, remove the blockage;

③ The pipeline is broken, repair welding or replace the pipe;

④ The water filter is blocked, remove the blockage;

⑤ The water inlet is exposed to the water surface. If the discharge pump is still ineffective, it is recommended to replace the pump;

⑥ The electric pump is reversed, and the phase sequence of the power cord is changed;

⑦ The pump casing seal ring and impeller are damaged, and new parts are replaced.

Common sanitary rotary vane pump failure cause analysis and solution

Sanitary rotary vane pump failure 2:

Cause analysis 2) The motor cannot start, accompanied by a buzzing sound.

Solution ① One phase is broken, repair the circuit;

② The bearing is stuck, repair or replace;

③ There is a foreign object in the impeller and the pump body is stuck, remove the foreign object;

④ Low voltage, adjust the voltage.

Sanitary rotary vane pump failure three:

Cause analysis 3) The current is too large, and the ammeter pointer swings.

Solution ① Rotor bore cleaning, replace guide bearing;

② The shaft and bearing are not flexible relative to each other, replace or repair the bearing;

③ Due to severe wear of thrust bearing, blade wheel and seal ring are rubbed, replace thrust bearing or thrust plate;

④ Shaft bending, bearing is not concentric, send to repair shop for repair.

Fault 4 of sanitary rotary vane pump:

Cause analysis 4) The insulation resistance of motor winding to ground is low. The motor winding and cable connector or cable are damaged, replace the winding, repair the connector or cable.
