Fault Analysis And Solutions For Sanitary Rotary Vane Pumps
Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump refers to the circulating liquid pump used for transporting reaction, absorption, separation, and absorption liquid regeneration in the device. Generally, a single-stage centrifugal pump is used. The flow rate of the circulating pump is medium-sized, and under stable working conditions, the flow rate of the pump changes relatively little. Its head is small and low, and it is only used to overcome the pressure drop of the circulation system. A low-head pump can be used.
Sanitary rotary vane pump refers to the function of the pump, and centrifugal pump refers to the structure of the pump. The two are completely two concepts. The working principle of the circulating pump is to circulate water. The pump used is called a circulating pump. For example, the hot water in the water heating pipe is circulated by a circulating pump.
Fault analysis and solution of sanitary rotary vane pump
1. Reasons for sanitary rotary vane pump failure to discharge water
1. The inlet and outlet valves of the hot water pump are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, and the aborted impeller is blocked. Solution, remove the obstruction.
2. The motor is running in the wrong direction, and the motor is running very slowly due to phase loss. Adjust the direction of the motor and tighten the motor wiring.
3. The suction pipe of the sanitary rotary vane pump is leaking. Tighten the sealing surfaces to remove the air.
4. The pump is not filled with liquid, and there is air in the pump cavity. Open the pump cover or open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air.
5. Insufficient water supply at the inlet and outlet, too high suction head, and water leakage at the bottom valve. Stop the machine for inspection and adjustment (this phenomenon is easy to occur when using the grid-connected tap water pipe and with suction head).
6. The pipeline resistance is too large and the centrifugal pump is improperly selected. Reduce the pipeline bends and reselect the pump
II. Reasons for insufficient flow of sanitary rotary vane pump
1. The inlet and outlet valves of the sanitary rotary vane pump are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipelines are blocked, and the impeller of the aborted pump is blocked. Solution: remove the obstruction.
2. The pipeline and the impeller of the sanitary rotary vane pump flow channel are partially blocked, scale is deposited, and the valve opening is insufficient. Remove the obstruction and readjust the valve opening.
3. The voltage of the centrifugal pump is low. Voltage stabilization
4. The impeller is worn. Replace the impeller.
5. Use beyond the rated flow. Adjust the flow and close the outlet valve
6. The suction head of the centrifugal pump is too high. Reduce the suction head.
7. Pump bearings are worn. Replace bearings.
III. Causes of noise and vibration of sanitary rotary vane pump failure
1. Unstable pipeline support. Stabilize pipeline.
2. Liquid is mixed with gas. Increase suction pressure and exhaust.
3. Cavitation occurs. Reduce vacuum.
4. Bearing damage. Replace bearing.
5. Motor overloads and runs hot. Adjust flow and close outlet valve.
IV. Causes of motor heating of sanitary rotary vane pump failure
1. The flow of sanitary rotary vane pump is too large and overloaded. Close outlet valve
2. Bumping. Check and eliminate.
3. The motor bearing of sanitary rotary vane pump is damaged. Replace bearing.
4. Insufficient voltage. Stabilize voltage.
V. Causes of water leakage of sanitary rotary vane pump failure
1. The mechanical seal of sanitary rotary vane pump is worn. Replace.
2. The pump body has sand holes or cracks. Weld or replace.
3. The sealing surface is uneven. Repair.
4. The mounting bolts are loose. Tighten them.
