Sanitary Negative Pressure Pump is developed by introducing advanced experience of high-efficiency and energy-saving non-clogging sewage pumps from abroad and combining the technical strength of our unit. All performance indicators have reached the level of similar products in national standards. Due to the unique single-channel impeller and the dynamic seal using two sets of hard alloy mechanical seals made of special materials. The motor is separated by an oil chamber, which has the advantages of non-clogging, high efficiency and significant energy saving. It is the latest product for the replacement of pumps in my country. The submersible sewage pump is a vertical submersible structure. When working, the pump body is immersed in water, and the submerged depth can reach 0.5~5m. It adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, which can effectively pass fiber materials 5 times the diameter of the pump and solid particles with a diameter of 50% of the diameter. The pump is suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking industry, cement plant, steel mill, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction site and other industries to convey sewage and dirt with particles. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.

The sanitary negative pressure pump has a compact overall structure, small size, low noise, significant energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need to build a pump room, and can work by submerging in water, greatly reducing the project cost. It adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, which greatly improves the ability to pass dirt. It can effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter. The mechanical seal adopts a new hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and at the same time improves the seal to a double-end seal, so that it can operate in the oil chamber for a long time, which can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 8,000 hours. The pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor in the sealed oil chamber, and a thermistor is embedded in the stator winding, which absolutely protects the water pump motor.

The working part of the sanitary negative pressure pump is submerged in the liquid, and there is no leakage in the shaft seal. It also has the characteristics of small footprint, reliable use, convenient maintenance, and strong corrosion resistance. Submersible sewage pumps are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, petroleum and other industrial sectors.
The disassembly steps of the submersible sewage pump are as follows:
1. Close the gate valve in the discharge pipe of the submersible sewage pump, and remove the connecting bolts or connecting pipes of the flange on the discharge pipe. Remove a section of the pipeline, the length of which should not hinder the lifting of the pump.
2. Loosen the connecting bolts between the motor frame and the motor of the submersible sewage pump, and lift the motor.
3. Remove the bolts between the pump body and the bracket, and unscrew the impeller.
4. Remove the middle bracket and pull down the coupling.
5. Remove the upper and lower bearing covers of the bearing body to check the bearing condition.
