Installation Of Sanitary Rotary Vane Pump
The installation of Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
The specifications and models of sanitary rotary vane pumps shall comply with the design requirements, and shall have product certificates and installation and use instructions.
When there is no design requirement, a check valve and a pressure gauge shall be installed on the outlet pipe of the sanitary rotary vane pump, and a drain valve for inspection and water testing shall be installed; a pressure gauge and a pressure relief valve shall also be installed on the total outlet pipe of the sanitary rotary vane pump group; a buffer device shall be added when installing the pressure gauge. A plug shall be installed between the pressure gauge and the buffer device; the pressure gauge range shall be 2 to 2.5 times the working pressure.
The installation of the suction pipe and its accessories shall meet the following requirements:
1. The control valve on the suction pipe shall be installed after the sanitary rotary vane pump is fixed on the foundation. Its diameter shall not be less than the diameter of the suction port of the sanitary rotary vane pump, and a butterfly valve without a reliable locking device shall not be used;
2. When the sanitary rotary vane pump and the fire water tank are located on two independent foundations and are rigidly connected to each other, a flexible connecting pipe shall be added to the suction pipe;
3. There shall be no air pockets or air leakage on the horizontal section of the suction pipe. When changing the diameter, an eccentric reducer shall be used, and the top of the pipe shall be kept straight during connection.
