Reasons For Noise In Cip Return Pump

CIP Return Pump is designed in accordance with national standards and is suitable for long-term delivery of various corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidants, etc. of any concentration. Its shell, main pipe, outlet pipe and flow-through parts are all made of plastic alloy molded and sintered. The main pump part is placed in the liquid, which has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, high mechanical strength, non-oxidation, and non-toxic decomposition.

The parts of the CIP reflux pump that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, and phenolic glass fiber reinforced parts formed by high-temperature molding. The connecting pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are made of phenolic glass fiber reinforced pipes made by semi-dry rolling process. The impeller sleeve is assembled with phenolic cement and the submersible pump shaft. The submersible parts are assembled with phenolic cement. There is no metal contact with the medium when it is inserted into the liquid. The corrosion resistance is absolutely reliable. The product has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion protection, it can partially replace precious metals such as aluminum-containing stainless steel, iron and titanium alloy.

Reasons for noise in CIP return pump:
1. Mechanical aspects
Unbalanced quality of rotating parts of submerged sewage pump, shoddy workmanship, poor installation quality, asymmetric axis of unit, swing exceeding the allowable value, poor mechanical strength and rigidity of parts, wear and damage of bearings and sealing parts, etc., will all produce strong vibration.
2. Quality of water pump and other aspects
Due to the unreasonable design of the water inlet flow channel, the water inlet conditions are deteriorated, resulting in vortices. It will cause vibration of long-axis submerged sewage pump. Uneven subsidence of the foundation supporting the submerged pump and motor will also cause it to vibrate.
3. Reasons for bearing damage of submerged sewage pump
Due to the long-term operation of the submerged sewage pump, the bearing lubricating oil is dried up and the bearing is damaged. Listen carefully to which point the sound comes from and replace the new bearing.
4. Hydraulic aspects
The most common causes of vibration of submerged sewage pump units are cavitation of submerged pumps and sharp changes in pressure in the delivery pipeline.
5. Electrical aspects
The motor is the main equipment of the unit. The imbalance of magnetic force inside the motor and the imbalance of other electrical systems often cause vibration and noise.
6. Reasons for the shaking of the impeller of the submerged sewage pump
The corrosion-resistant submerged pump impeller nut shakes due to corrosion or overturning, and the impeller shakes greatly, resulting in large vibration and noise.
