Sanitary Centrifugal Pump Instructions for use
The gear main efficiency system depends on the volumetric efficiency of the sanitary centrifugal pump. When the volumetric efficiency drops to 72%, it needs to be repaired, and the bearings and aging seals need to be replaced. Botaibang needs to repair or replace the friction pair with clearance to restore its performance.
1. Oil supply form of sanitary centrifugal pump
There are two types of direct shaft inclined plate pressure pump: piston force oil supply type and self-priming oil type. The pressure supply type oil pump uses a gas pressure oil tank, and there is also a sanitary centrifugal pump oil replenishment with a self-priming type oil pump that provides pressure oil to the oil inlet of the sanitary centrifugal pump. The self-priming oil capacity of the pressure pump is very strong, and no external force is required to supply oil.

After the oil pressure in the tank is started for the first time, the gear tank must be compressed before the air is compressed to operate the machine. If the air in the gear oil tank is not enough to press the machine, it will cause the return plate and the pressure plate in the pump body to fall off and cause the pump body to be non-recyclable. Wear and tear are common in plunger pumps that are supplied with oil by a replenishing oil pump. After 3000 hours of use, the operator needs to check the plunger pump 1-2 times a day to check whether the pump is normal. If the speed of the gear cylinder drops or becomes stuffy, the replenishing oil pump should be disassembled and checked to see if there are scratches on the edge of the impeller and whether the internal clearance of the gear pump is too large.
For self-priming oil, the oil in the pump plunger pressure tank must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark to ensure that there is enough gear oil. The cleaner the gear oil is, the longer the service life will be.

2. Bearings for sanitary centrifugal pumps

The shaft of a plunger pump is the most important bearing of the piston pump. If the bearing has clearance, the normal clearance of the three pairs of friction pairs cannot be maintained. At the same time, the thickness of the static gear bearing oil film will be damaged, which will reduce the life of the plunger pump. According to the information provided by the manufacturer of sanitary centrifugal pumps, the service life of the average bearing is 10,000 hours. If it exceeds this time, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

When disassembling the bearing, it is impossible to detect the clearance of the bearing without professional testing equipment. It can only be visually inspected. If the roller surface is found to be discolored or scratched, it must be replaced.

When replacing the bearing, pay attention to the English letters and models of the original bearings. Large bearings are used in large-load capacity bearings for large-scale pumps. It is best to buy original specifications and original products from manufacturers. If you replace another brand, you should ask experienced personnel to check the table to replace the bearings. The purpose is to maintain the same grade and load capacity of the bearings.
