Self-priming Magnetic Pump Features And Working Principle

1:Sanitary Volute Pump is a leak-free fluid conveying machine without dynamic seals. It is mainly designed for centrifugal pumps in vane pumps. It is usually composed of a pump body, an isolation sleeve and connecting parts to form a closed sealed cavity that can withstand pressure. There is a rotating permanent magnetic field outside the sealed cavity, and through the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic rotor components inside the sealed cavity are driven to rotate synchronously, and the rotor components inside the sealed cavity drive the impeller to do work on the fluid. Since the closed sealed cavity composed of stator components does not have a dynamic seal, and the rotating shaft that drives the impeller to do work does not pass through the closed sealed cavity. This ensures zero leakage and pollution-free magnetic pumps.
2: The structural design of the self-priming magnetic drive pump is usually composed of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling and a centrifugal pump. Its main feature is that it uses a magnetic coupling to transmit power. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines of force pass through the gap and the isolation sleeve - acting on the inner magnetic rotor, so that the pump rotor rotates synchronously with the motor and transmits torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve and there is no dynamic seal, the fluid is completely in the sealed cavity and there is no gap for leakage. Therefore, the entire process of closure is completed and the technical requirements of no leakage are met.
3: The ZCQ magnetic drive pump uses advanced technical design and follows the advantages and characteristics of the original self-priming pump in hydraulics. It cancels the traditional mechanical sealing device, changes the rigid connection between the motor and the pump to a contactless flexible connection, and fundamentally eliminates shaft seal leakage.
Working principle of self-priming magnetic pump: This pump adopts an external mixing axial return pump body structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a reflux hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. The structure is shown in Figure 1. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipeline are stirred into a gas mixture by the impeller. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the speed slows down, the gas and water are separated. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipeline is exhausted, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump, achieving the effect of self-priming.
