Sanitary Centrifugal Pump absorbs water, so the efficiency is to look at the ability to absorb water. Of course, a simple pump cannot achieve the ideal water absorption rate, so we have to start with a variety of methods to explain to you what happens if the self-priming ability of the sanitary centrifugal pump is not strong? How should the self-priming ability of the sanitary centrifugal pump be improved? The editor of World Factory summarizes the methods to improve the self-priming ability of the sanitary centrifugal pump for you.

The first: install a water suction bottom valve at the end of the suction pipe of the sanitary centrifugal pump.

The water suction bottom valve is actually a check valve, which ensures that the water flow can only enter the suction pipe from the pool and cannot flow back. Therefore, if the suction pipe is full of water, although the elevation of the pump axis is higher than the working water level of the pool, due to the effect of the water suction bottom valve, the water in the suction pipe will not flow into the pool, so that the suction pipe is always full of water, ensuring that the pump can start automatically and quickly. The reliability of this water-suction method is affected by the quality of the water-suction bottom valve. For example, if the valve is not closed tightly or leaks, the water in the water-suction pipe will slowly flow into the pool. After a long time, there will be no water in the water-suction pipe, which will result in the need for manual water filling when the water pump is started.

Second: The sanitary centrifugal pump reduces the bends, drop height and horizontal distance of the water inlet pipe.

Third: The sanitary centrifugal pump is equipped with a water-suction tank before the pump.

This method requires a water suction tank to be set on the water pump suction pipe. Before the first operation of the water pump, the tank should be filled with water manually. After the first operation stops, because the height of the water inlet pipe of the water suction tank is higher than the water level in the pipe, even if the water level in the pool is lower than the water level in the tank, the water in the tank will not flow back into the pool. Therefore, a certain amount of water can be stored in the water suction tank. Because the height of the water outlet pipe of the water suction tank (i.e. the water suction pipe of the water pump) is lower than the water level in the pipe, it can ensure that the water suction pipe of the water pump is full of water. When the water pump is running again, the water in the water tank is pumped away by the water pump, and negative pressure appears in the tank. The water in the pool is supplemented into the water suction tank under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the water in the water tank is filled with water.

Fourth: The sanitary centrifugal pump sets a vacuum pump on the water pump suction pipeline. Before the water pump is started, the vacuum pump is started first to fill the water in the water pump suction pipe first, so as to ensure that the water pump starts automatically and quickly. This water suction method requires a perfect automatic control system to ensure normal operation.
