It is a special equipment for efficient mixing of powdered solids and liquids. The system itself creates a vacuum that directs the powder into the liquid stream.

When powder and liquid enter the mixing chamber from different directions, the specific surface area increases sharply. At the moment when the powder and liquid come into contact, the powder is completely wetted and no agglomeration or lumps are produced. Since there is no incompletely wet powder, no skin will form on the surface of the liquid flow, the stirring shaft and the wall of the container, further improving the quality of the product.

The solid-liquid mixing pump is fed from a hopper. The spacious platform can buffer more powder materials, supporting rapid powder addition, feeding, moistening and complete dispersion and mixing without agglomeration. The equipment adopts a modular structure, which simplifies the pipeline and process steps, supports the expansion of custom modules, and is suitable for large batches of powder dispersion.

Case sharing: Application cases of bio-based green surfactants

Since glucose tends to agglomerate when it gets wet, the powder and liquid need to be quickly dispersed and mixed. Therefore, a solid-liquid mixing pump can be used to quickly add powder, allowing the liquid to fully wet the glucose for the first time and then disperse quickly.

In an actual case, 200-mesh glucose is fed through a solid-liquid mixing pump and is quickly dispersed into fatty alcohol ether at an operating temperature of 20-60°C, with a flow rate of up to 40m³/h.

Applications

The water powder mixing pump is a special equipment for the efficient mixing of powdered solids and liquids. The pump itself creates a vacuum and directs the powder directly into the liquid stream. It can quickly add powder,feed, and moisten, and at the same time it can be dispersed in liquid under vacuum conditions. It avoids agglomeration, does not produce agglomerates, and does not form skins on the surface of the liquid flow, the stirring shaft, and the wall of the container. The environmentally friendly auxiliary facilities necessary in the traditional processing process will no longer be needed here.

Working principle

The water powder mixing pump rotates at a high speed through the rotor, and the vacuum is generated by the high frequency effect, and the negative pressure is used to extract the powder due to the pressure difference. When the powder and liquid enter the mixing chamber from different directions, the surface area increases sharply. The moment the powder and liquid contact, the powder is completely moistened, eliminating the phenomenon of dead angle and making the product more uniform. The materials are circulated reciprocally outside the container, so that two or more materials can quickly, evenly and delicately complete the process of dispersion, emulsification and dissolution, and finally obtain high-quality and stable products.
