Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump has a unique hydraulic design. The impeller is retracted in a separate impeller chamber. The impeller chamber is connected to the pressure chamber. When the impeller rotates, the liquid in the pump produces a strong axial vortex effect, which creates a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. Therefore, impurities can be discharged from the pressure chamber, so its flow channel is completely unobstructed, and its sewage discharge effect is incomparable to other self-priming types.

When using a sanitary rotary vane pump, the use of water level control can enable the sanitary rotary vane pump to operate efficiently in an unattended environment. Otherwise, the sewage pump will not stop in time after the water is drained, which will cause the sewage pump to work in a water-deficient environment and cause the submersible sewage pump motor to burn out. In addition, the failure of the sewage pump to automatically stop after a failure will also aggravate the failure of the sewage pump.

The water level control of the sanitary rotary vane pump mainly uses the float liquid level sensor to start and stop the sewage pump for the control cabinet. The float is fixed in the pool. If the pool is 6 meters deep, we pre-set the highest water level to 5.5 meters and the lowest water level to 1 meter. When the water level reaches 5.5 meters, the float also floats and stands upright with the water level. At this time, the float will feedback the control cabinet signal to start the sewage pump. As the water level drops to the lowest water level standard of 1 meter, the float will stand upside down. As the float stands upside down, the float will also promptly feedback the signal to the control cabinet to cut off the power of the sewage pump.

For most sanitary rotary vane pumps, the bearings are made of rubber. Since most sewage pumps have the phenomenon of backflow, domestic sewage pumps have always been inefficient, high-cost and poor in anti-sand performance. It is well known that the bearings and shafts of sewage pumps are extremely susceptible to wear, which reduces the life of the sewage pump. Therefore, a new type of sewage pump rubber bearing that is resistant to sediment and can overcome the phenomenon of backflow in the diversion groove, while solving the low efficiency and high cost operation of sewage pumps and the wear of sewage pump bearings and shafts is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.

In order to effectively solve this technical problem, a sewage pump rubber bearing composed of a bearing body with a guide groove on the inner surface, a sealing ring is arranged at the upper end of the bearing body, the sealing ring and the bearing body are continuous casting bodies of the same material, the inner diameter of the sealing ring is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing body, and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing ring is a conical surface, and the inner peripheral surface is provided with an annular dovetail groove.

Compared with the existing technology, the sanitary rotary vane pump rubber bearing solves the problem of reflux in the guide groove, and at the same time solves the problems of low efficiency and high cost operation of the sewage pump and wear of the bearing and shaft of the submersible pump. The experimental results show that the flow rate and head of the sewage pump are increased by 1%-2% respectively, which can increase the efficiency of the original design of the water pump by 1.5%-3%. The sewage pump rubber bearing not only greatly reduces energy consumption, but also greatly reduces the axial force of the water pump, and also greatly reduces the thrust of the motor and the friction of the bearing, so that the service life of the motor is extended by about 1 times.
