Sanitary Rotary Lobe Pump is a novel product carefully designed after repeated research at home and abroad. The sanitary rotary vane pump mainly integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It adopts axial reflux external mixing. Moreover, through the unique design of the self-priming pump body and impeller flow channel, it does not need to install a bottom valve and water diversion like a general self-priming pump. It can discharge impurity liquids containing a large number of solid particles and long fibers. It is widely used in municipal sewage projects, rivers and ponds, machinery, papermaking, and light industry. Especially in suspended direct and other particle media, it is an ideal impurity pump.

Compared with similar domestic products, the sanitary rotary vane pump adopts a direct connection structure. It has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, less vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance. It is the first domestic innovation in the sewage pump series. Various technical performance indicators are leading in China and have reached the international advanced level. It has a broad application market and development prospects.

How to select the pipeline for sanitary rotary vane pumps? In order to avoid the weight of the pipeline, valves and the force and torque generated by the thermal stress of the pipeline exceeding the maximum allowable external load of the inlet and outlet of the horizontal centrifugal multistage pump, a pipe rack must be installed on the suction and discharge pipelines of the sanitary rotary vane pump. The maximum allowable load of the pump pipe mouth should be provided by the horizontal centrifugal multistage pump manufacturer.

In order to improve the suction performance of the sanitary rotary vane pump, the pump suction pipeline should be shortened as much as possible, with as few bends as possible (elbows are preferably with a large curvature radius) to reduce pipeline resistance loss. In order to prevent cavitation of the sanitary rotary vane pump, the pump suction pipeline should avoid the sac-shaped part where gas accumulates as much as possible. If it cannot be avoided, a DN15 or DN20 exhaust valve should be installed in the sac-shaped part. When the suction pipe of the pump is vertical, if a reducer is configured on the suction pipe, an eccentric reducer should be configured to avoid the formation of air pockets.
In order to reduce the force on the pump nozzle, for pumps with vertical inlet or vertical outlet, a pipe rack must be installed above the nozzle, and its plane position should be as close to the nozzle as possible. The longitudinal beam of the pipe gallery can be used to support the pipeline, so the pump is often arranged under the pipe gallery.
How to select the pipeline of the sanitary rotary vane pump When the distance between the center line of the horizontal centrifugal multistage pump outlet and the center line of the pipe gallery column is greater than 0.6m, the swing check valve on the outlet pipeline should be placed in a horizontal position, and the net valve is not allowed to be installed on the valve cover at this time.
When the pipeline rack is above the pump and the motor, the pipeline must have sufficient height so as not to affect the lifting of the lifting equipment. Pipelines that transport corrosive liquids should not be arranged above the prime mover.
When the pipeline rack is above the pump body of the sanitary rotary vane pump, the clearance height of the bottom of the pipe from the ground should be no less than 2.2m.
The net distance from the bottom of the pipe of the lower pipeline of the pipe gallery to the floor should not be less than 4m, to meet the maintenance requirements.
The weight of the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the sanitary rotary vane pump must not be pressed on the pump body. A pipe rack should be set to prevent the pump body from being crushed and the sanitary rotary vane pump from twisting the valve before and after when the valve is turned on and off.
