Sanitary Centrifugal Pump works by using the rotation of the impeller to make the water centrifugal. Before starting the water pump, the pump casing and the water suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor is started to make the pump shaft drive the impeller and water to rotate at high speed. The water undergoes centrifugal motion and is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller, and flows into the water pressure pipeline of the water pump through the flow channel of the volute pump casing.

1. Improve the efficiency of sanitary centrifugal pumps

The first step is to compare the selection schemes of various suppliers when selecting the pump, and try to choose the most efficient scheme under the premise of considering the cost-effectiveness; the second step is to send certain professionals to the factory to supervise the manufacturing quality of key components that affect the efficiency of the pump, such as the impeller, pump body, pump cover, guide (vertical long-axis pump), etc., especially the impeller wing shape, water outlet angle, blade indexing, flow channel shape, finish and other quality control, so that the delivered product is a high-efficiency product under the current production conditions; the third step is to ensure that the pump foundation is solid, the front and rear valves are well aligned, the front and rear valves are flexible, the pipeline layout is reasonably designed, the on-site control is safe and feasible, and the operation monitoring instruments are complete and accurate to ensure that the operation process of the pump can be monitored in real time; the fourth step is to pay attention to the inspection of the equipment during the long-term operation of the pump, and report any abnormal situation immediately. In the normal minor and major repair cycles, all wearing parts should be inspected and replaced to ensure the long-term efficient and safe operation of the pump.

2. Optimize the existing pump

By adjusting the impeller diameter and the speed of the pump, the flow head and shaft power of the pump will be affected, but the efficiency curve will not be affected, so that the pump can work in the high-efficiency zone. The above adjustment of flow head is limited to a certain range. If the working conditions change too much, the original pump may need to be modified.

Waterproof and leak-proof measures should be considered for the outdoor air supply pipe. The outdoor air supply pipe of the side wall installed unit must be set with a certain slope, and the outdoor air supply pipe of the roof installed unit must also be waterproof. Longer pipes are designed into multiple sections of air ducts of different specifications according to different air volumes, and are connected by reducers. The reducer should not be set too much. Generally, the entire system does not exceed four, and the reducer length is determined by ≥2 (D-d). A flexible pipe should be used at the connection between the air supply pipe and the air conditioner. The outdoor air supply pipe should be designed with insulation, and the indoor one generally does not need insulation.

The water in the water tank is continuously pumped out by a circulating water pump and sprayed evenly on the evaporative filter layer through a water distribution system. The outdoor hot air enters the evaporative cooling medium and fully exchanges heat with the water in the evaporative cooling medium CELdek (a honeycomb filter layer made of special materials, which makes the cooling effect more ideal, a high-tech patented product from Sweden). The cool and clean air that is cooled by evaporation and heat absorption is pressurized by a low-noise fan and sent into the room, so that the hot air in the room is discharged to the outside, thereby achieving the purpose of indoor cooling.
