CIP Return Pump The main reason for the high noise is due to bearing damage or cavitation caused by high temperature in the circulation of the CIP return pump, as well as vibration caused by unstable support of the CIP return pump.

Due to the long-term operation of the CIP return pump, the user does not frequently replace the oil in the bearing chamber during use, resulting in long-term high-speed operation of the bearing under poor lubrication conditions, causing damage to the CIP return pump bearing, thus causing noise in the CIP return pump. The CIP return pump should be regularly maintained in daily production, cleaned, and the oil in the bearing chamber that lubricates the bearing should be replaced in time.

Once the bearing is damaged, the bearing should be replaced in time to avoid damage to other parts of the pump. In addition, when the CIP return pump is used by newly installed customers, the oil temperature often rises too fast or too high for the first time. This will cause the heat transfer oil to generate gas in the pipeline, and these gases will explode instantly when passing through the CIP return pump during the transportation cycle of the CIP return pump, thereby causing noise in the CIP return pump.

When the CIP reflux pump is used for the first time, the oil temperature should be slowly raised while the CIP reflux pump is started, and the exhaust valve of the pipeline should be opened gradually to exhaust the gas in the pipeline before the CIP reflux pump is officially used. Another reason is that the CIP reflux pump has no support points on the inlet and outlet pipelines during installation or the support points are unstable, which causes the CIP reflux pump to generate huge pipeline resonance during use, so it will generate noise. The support of the pipeline should be stabilized in time.
