Emulsification Pump is a product designed and manufactured by the technical personnel and domestic pump experts who selected excellent domestic hydraulic models and adopted the performance parameters of emulsified pumps on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature pipeline pumps, corrosive chemical pumps, oil pumps and other series of products are derived from emulsified pumps according to the different use temperatures and media. ISG pipeline pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.

Emulsified pumps are used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization and equipment matching. The use temperature T is ≤80°C.
IRG (GRG) hot water (high temperature) circulation pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants. High-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps, IRG use temperature T: ≤120°C, GRG use temperature T: ≤240°C.
IHG pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to that of water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments. The operating temperature T is -20°C-120°C.
YG pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc. The operating temperature T is -20°C-120°C.

1. The water pump does not produce water
Reason: Insufficient water injected into the water pump, the direction of rotation is wrong, and the impeller flow channel is blocked.
Troubleshooting method: Inject more water into the water pump, unblock the impeller flow channel, and adjust the rotation direction.

2. Insufficient water pump flow
Reason: The water pump is partially blocked, the speed is too low, the total head is higher than the pump rating, and the impeller is damaged.
Troubleshooting reason: Clean the water pump and pipes, replace the impeller, increase the speed of the water pump shaft, and adjust the outlet valve.
3. Reasons and solutions for insufficient outlet pressure
Reason: There is air in the liquid, the speed is too low, the impeller is damaged, and the outlet valve is opened too wide.
Remedy: Remove the air in the liquid, increase the pump speed, replace the impeller, and reduce the outlet valve.

4. The pump consumes too much power (motor heating) cover
Reason: Mechanical defects such as too small operating clearance, motor shaft bending, loose bolts, etc. The pump works at too large a flow rate, that is, the pump works at a rate far below the rated head.
Remedy: Check the mechanical part and adjust it in time, adjust the outlet valve to make the pump work near the rated flow rate and head 5. Pump vibration.
Reason: The pipeline system is not well supported, the impeller is partially blocked, causing imbalance, cavitation, and there is air in the liquid.Remedy: Check the support department, tighten the nut, pass the impeller to balance it, and remove the air.

6. Pump leakage
Reason: Mechanical seal damage, O-ring damage, pump body leakage.
Remedy: Replace the mechanical seal and O-ring, and weld the leaking part of the pump body.

7. Causes and solutions for excessive water pump noise
Causes: bearing overheating, lack of oil, water pump overload.
Cause elimination: add oil to the bearing, and eliminate according to 4.
