CIP Return Pump Installation precautions

Installation and use of CIP reflux pump and precautions:
First connect the feed inlet pipe, do not leak, put it in the discharge tank, seal it tightly below, and pour the liquid material from the outside of the discharge port. After filling, connect the discharge pipe and tighten it. When the motor is running, you can feed the material.

1. Pay attention to the direction of motor rotation when connecting the power supply. It must rotate forward. Reverse rotation cannot suck the material.

2. When using, be sure to fill the feed pipe and Boquan brand CIP reflux pump before starting, otherwise the form vacuum cannot suck the material.

3. The suction inlet pipe should use rubber and plastic hoses that are not flattened by the pump force (hard pipes can be used for fixed installation)
The inlet connection of the material pump should first be equipped with a short pipe on the flexible joint by the expansion pipe method, and then equipped with a suitable rubber pipe. The discharge port is also connected in the same way. In order to meet the head, it must not be increased or decreased in the sleeve.
