It can be installed freely. Large solid-liquid mixing pumps are generally equipped with automatic coupling devices for automatic installation, which is very convenient to install and maintain. It has a long continuous operation time. Since the pump and the motor are coaxial, the shaft is short, and the rotating parts are light, the load (radial) on the bearing is relatively small, and the life is much longer than that of ordinary pumps.

Solid-liquid mixing pumps have been increasingly valued by people, and the scope of use is becoming wider and wider. From the original simple use of conveying clean water to the current use of various domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, construction site drainage, liquid feed, etc. It plays a very important role in municipal engineering, industry, hospitals, construction, restaurants, water conservancy construction and other industries. But everything is divided into two parts. The most critical issue for solid-liquid mixing pumps is reliability, because the use of solid-liquid mixing pumps is underwater; the medium to be transported is a mixed liquid containing some solid materials; the pump and the motor are very close; the pump is arranged vertically, and the weight of the rotating parts is in the same direction as the water pressure on the impeller. 1. When the medium contains a lot of fiber sewage, a solid-liquid mixing pump should be used.

2. When the sewage contains large pieces of debris, the solid-liquid mixing pump should be equipped with a crushing device.

3. When the drainage inlet pipe can be closed, there is no need to set up an uninterrupted power supply, but an alarm device should be set up.

4. When the water collection tank cannot be equipped with an accident drainage pipe, the solid-liquid mixing pump should have an uninterrupted power supply.
5. When lifting sewage and wastewater with large impurities, the outlet pipes of solid-liquid mixing pumps in different water collection tanks should not be combined for discharge.
6. When lifting general wastewater, the outlet pipes of solid-liquid mixing pumps in different water collection tanks can be combined for discharge according to actual conditions.
7. When the sewage collection tank is drained by solid-liquid mixing pumps, a fixed autocoupling device for the pump should be installed to facilitate the maintenance of the pump. The solid-liquid mixing pump should be able to start and stop automatically and start and stop manually on site. Multiple pumps can be operated alternately in parallel or in stages.
8. When there is a drainage adjustment, it can be selected according to the maximum or minimum flow rate of domestic drainage. The head of the drainage pump is determined by the lifting height and pipeline loss calculation, and a certain free water head is added; a spare pump should be set for each domestic drainage collection tank in public buildings, and it is advisable to operate alternately at ordinary times; the drainage of the basement, equipment room, and garage flushing ground, if there are two or more drainage pumps, no spare pump can be installed.
