The emulsification pump is mainly used to transport urban sewage, feces or liquid containing fibers. The impeller of the emulsification pump can be divided into four categories according to different structures: blade type (open, closed), swirl type, channel type, (including single channel and double channel) spiral centrifugal type. 1. Blade type (open, closed) impeller: The open and semi-open impeller is easy to manufacture. When the impeller is blocked, it can be easily cleaned and repaired. In terms of performance, this type of impeller has low efficiency, and the maximum efficiency is about 92% of the ordinary closed impeller. The head curve is relatively flat. Closed impeller, this type of impeller has a higher normal efficiency. And the situation is relatively stable in long-term operation. The axial force of the pump using this type of impeller is small, and auxiliary blades can be set on the front and rear cover plates.
2. Swirl impeller: The pump using this type of impeller has good non-blocking performance, and the particle passing capacity and long fiber passing capacity are strong because the impeller is partially or completely retracted from the pressure chamber flow channel.
3. Channel impeller: This type of impeller is a bladeless impeller, and the impeller flow channel is a curved flow channel from the inlet to the outlet. Therefore, it is suitable for pumping media containing large particles and long fibers. Good anti-blocking performance.
4. Spiral centrifugal impeller: The blades of this type of impeller are twisted spiral blades, extending axially from the suction port on the conical hub body. The pump of this type of impeller has the functions of both a volumetric pump and a centrifugal pump. When suspended particles flow through the blades, they do not hit any part of the pump, so they are non-destructive.
In summary, no matter what series of emulsification pump impellers, it is just a combination of different types of impellers and different types of pressure chambers according to the requirements of conveying media and installation.
