CIP Return Pump is a new generation of submersible sewage pump products developed based on the use characteristics of submersible pumps based on advanced domestic and foreign technologies. It has the characteristics of significant energy saving, anti-entanglement, and no clogging. It has unique effects in discharging solid particles and long-fiber garbage. It is a vertical submersible structure. When working, the pump body is immersed in water, and the submersible depth can reach 0.5~5m. It adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, which can effectively pass fiber materials with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of 50% of the diameter.

The hydraulic performance of CIP reflux pump is advanced and mature. The product has been tested and all performance indicators meet the relevant standards. After the product was put on the market, it was welcomed and praised by users for its unique efficacy, reliable performance, and stable quality.

The mechanical seal of CIP reflux pump itself is a high-demand precision component, which has high requirements for design, machining, and assembly quality. When using mechanical seals, various factors of using mechanical seals in submersible pumps should be analyzed to ensure that the mechanical seals of CIP reflux pumps are suitable for the technical requirements and medium requirements of various submersible pumps and have sufficient lubrication conditions, so as to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of the submersible pump seals.
1. Assembly sequence of CIP reflux pumps
(1) Install the bearings on the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.
(2) Install the felt ring on the bearing end covers A, C and the bearing box.
(3) Install the bearing end covers B and C on the bearing seat and tighten them with bolts.
(4) Put the bearing box with the bearings installed on the shaft, screw on the round nut, and tighten the bearing end cover A on the bearing box.
(5) Install the shaft into the bearing seat, fix it with bolts, screw on the adjustment screw, and install the bearing on the support seat. Put the water retaining ring in the appropriate position of the lower bearing.
(6) Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, install the pump cover on the lower part of the connecting pipe, install the impeller on the lower part of the shaft and tighten it, install the front cover of the pump body in turn, and fix it with bolts. Use the adjustment screw at the bearing box to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover (control it within 1--1.5mm). After adjustment, tighten it with nuts and bolts.
(7) Install the motor support on the bearing seat and tighten it with bolts. Install the coupling component on the upper end of the shaft, and tighten the motor coupling to the motor shaft head with the tightening screws. Install the motor on the motor support and tighten it with bolts and nuts.
(8) Install the asbestos pad, liquid outlet elbow, and liquid outlet pipe fittings in the order of pump output, and fix them on the support seat.
